Great Eyewear and Eye Care in Commerce City

Eyes are important indicators of overall health, and comprehensive eye care goes beyond a prescription for glasses or contact lenses. At North Range Eye Care, we take the time to get to know you, your eye care history, and your vision needs. Our Optometrist Dr. David Hite provides the expert care, advice, options, and follow up care you need whether you are a new or existing patient.

We are happy to be the only private practice eye care providers in Commerce City. We love serving the community through our in office services as well as participating in community events.

North Range Eye Care is family operated and owned. Dr. David S. Hite, O.D. started the practice from the ground up. Dr. Hite and his family live in Commerce City and are dedicated to growing with the community.

How Are Glasses Made?

The exact science of how eyeglasses are made involves a very precise, very detailed system of events.

After a patient’s eyes are tested to determine whether or not eye glasses are needed, if it is determined that eye glasses will be prescribed, a technician then has the task of figuring out the patient’s necessary prescription strength.

(Click here to watch the video of how we make them at North Range Eye Care.)
